Once your ride has started and you’ve been notified that the driver is on the way you will be able to view your trip status and message your driver directly. Let’s take a look at a step-by-step on how to track your ride and more from the app.
Steps to track your ride:
- Log in and automatically you will see your In Progress ride from the book a ride screen.
- Or navigate to the All Trips screen from the left side menu.
- Call or message your driver via the book a ride or All Trips screen
